Rover

The Rover P4 managed to establish Rover as the car manufacturer for professionals. Its design imaged American designs and with the models dignified and reliable feel it was a smash hit with the middle classes.

The revolutionary Rover SD1 appeared in 1976, SD standing for Specialist Division. With its wedge shape and very powerful engine this futuristic Rover was said to have been influenced by the Ferrari Daytona.
